Description
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Maintenance:Enter and update customer information, including contact details, demographics, and interactions, into the Salesforce system.
- Accurately input data from various sources, such as email, forms, and documents, into the appropriate fields within Salesforce.
- Perform regular data cleaning and validation tasks to eliminate duplicate or outdated records.
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits, resolving discrepancies, and updating records as necessary.
- Maintain data hygiene standards, adhering to data entry best practices and following company guidelines.
Data Verification and Quality Assurance:
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered into Salesforce, cross-referencing with source documents or information.
- Conduct regular data quality checks, identifying and resolving errors or inconsistencies promptly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the reliability of information in Salesforce.
- Monitor data-related issues, escalate problems, and suggest improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports to provide insights into data trends, performance metrics, and key indicators.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process optimization and improved business outcomes.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to provide data support for sales forecasting, lead generation, and campaign analysis.
- Participate in data-related projects, including data migrations, system upgrades, and integration efforts, as required.
Documentation and Training:
- Maintain documentation of data entry processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train new employees or team members on data entry processes and Salesforce data management practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users regarding data entry best practices and Salesforce functionalities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in data entry, data management, or data analysis, preferably within a Salesforce environment.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and related data entry tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with data validation and cleansing techniques.
- Knowledge of basic database concepts and data security principles.
