Description
Location: Remote, Los Angeles, CA, 90012
Pay Rate: $45 - $50
Contract Duration: 1 Year
OT Rate: Straight Time (Exempt)
Estimated Regular Hours/Week: 40.0
Skills Required:
• In-depth understanding of CRM/Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Apps (Power App Portals/Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Power Bi).
• Sound grasp of QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
• Stellar communication and teamwork skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Microsoft Power Apps (Power App Portals/Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Power Bi)
• Innovative – employ creativity to devise effective and efficient solutions.
• Demonstrated critical thinking - including abilities in analysis and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Effective team player with strong emotional intelligence – self-awareness, confidence, ability to manage conflict, and empathy.

Contract Duration: 1 Year + possible Extension
Experience Required:
• Proficient and 5+ years of experience in .NET, JavaScript, Microsoft Dynamics, and PowerApps for testing purposes.
• Project Operations (Project Service Automation)
• 4 years of Demonstrated experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with Agile project management.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps for test management and collaboration.
• Experienced in “Systems Thinking” – the ability to break problems into manageable pieces, and to see how the pieces interact with one another and can be assembled into an integrated, functioning, “whole” system.
• 5 years of experience in Manual and Automated Testing
• 5 years of experience documenting test results and reporting bugs in the bug tracking system.
• 5 years of experience testing software, including functional and integration testing, performance testing, and automated testing.
Education Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline. • Certification in standard quality management system.
Additional Information:
*Remote/Telework *Candidate must be in the United States. California and Los Angeles preferred *Will need to work OT as needed.
- Will need to come to 500 W. Temple Ave, in downtown Los Angeles for Live Scan.
•Create and execute detailed test cases and scripts with a focus on .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics 365, and Power Automate applications
•Validate the functionality, performance, and robustness of applications integrated with Microsoft Dynamics and PowerApps
•Collaborate with the development team to ensure code quality by analyzing business and technical requirements to ensure completeness and correctness of tests
•Systematically log, monitor, and manage defects until resolution, while liaising closely with the development team
•Engage with development teams to gain insights into product functionalities, ensuring QA perspectives are represented
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring a comprehensive approach to testing
•Design and sustain automated test scripts
