Account Manager / Assistant Program Manager

Is seeking an insurance service professional with the following experience to help service and retain a growing book of Public Entity, Municipal insurance (P&C) accounts.

Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of coverage in all property and casualty insurance

- 2 years general agency/company experience preferred

- Property and casualty agent’s license

- Experience with computers and related software (Microsoft office, word, excel and powerpoint)

- Experience in agency management software (EPIC preferred)

- Experience servicing Public Entity, Municipal Insurance policies preferred

- High attention to detail

The Responsibilities for this position include

- Report to Program Manager in the servicing and processing of Public Entity accounts in accordance with the standard and procedures of the profit center

- Develop strong understanding of the needs and services provided to Public Entity clients

- Process endorsements, transactions, certificates of insurance and day-to-day service needs for Program Manager

- Input/update system information and updates under guidance of the Program Manager

- Review/compare schedules and policies under the direction of the program manager

- Data entry of all applicable underwriting information, correspondence and all other pertinent information into management systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
