Description
Integrated Media Technologies, Inc. (IMT) is seeking a part time Accounting Data Entry Clerk for its fast paced, high volume, technology Company headquartered in Burbank, CA. This position is ideal for entry to mid-level accounting roles with emphasis on bill entry, billing, data management, and basic-mid level accounting principles.
Desired Skills:

- Proficient typing and transcription
- Computer and technical skills (including software knowledge)
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Administrative skills
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Multi-tasking
Duties Shall Include:
- Entering item receipts/bills
- Assigning data to correct accounts/jobs
- Importing data from Procurement and Expense tools
- Assigning entries into accounting program to correct accounts/jobs
- Accessing and navigating multiple websites for data downloads
- Naming and saving files
- AR Tool management
- Billing
Systems Utilized:
- QuickBooks Enterprise
- ConnectWise
- Concur (or variation of an expense tool)
- Dropbox
- Outlook
- MS Office
- Gaviti (AR Tool)
- Asana
Experience a plus:
- Journal entries
- General Contractor billing experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
