Description
The Loudoun (TLPSC) is seeking a self starter that will be able to sesmlessly fill the role of asministrative assistant to help withour continued growth. Work environment:* Position is remote. Candidate must have strong internet connection and a computer.* Any experience in pet related services such as Pet Sitting, Dog Walking, Veterinary Office or Grooming Salon is a plus as well as being able to walk a dog in times of emergency is a major plus.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday shift of 8 AM - 5 PM
- Generate emails and memos for internal and external communications with staff and clients
- Data Entry
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Confirmations of upcoming reservations
- Client instructions and note verification and updating
- Staff communications
- Key organization and audits
- Maintain/collect pet Vaccination documents
- Scheduling of orientations and interviews
- Holiday preparation emails
- Emergency back up dog walks
- Data research
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong Aptitude for learning and adaspting to technology
- Strong organizational skluss with ability to multi-task and prioritize task effectivly
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
- Availability to work weekends
