Our technology client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team based out of Toronto!
Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners.
- Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses.
- Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
- Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships.
- Provides general office support.
- Serves as the department/group contact.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of Administrative Assistant Experience
- 5+ years Calendaring Microsoft Outlook
- 5+ Years Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excell, Word)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $29.93 – $33.25 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
