This position is fully REMOTE AND requires you to work during Central Time business hours.

Job Summary:
Performs variety of routine activities in support of the National Provider Contracting Team. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Interface with recruiter, contractors, vendors, order supplies, facilities coordinator, support project management, process improvement, data analytics and coordination of meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the National Provider Contracting Team functions
- Field incoming telephone calls and emails from internal and external recipients
- Manage the National Provider Contracting and provider referral email boxes and direct emails accordingly
- Perform research on various states to determine best recruiting approach
- Basic formatting, revision and distribution of established reports on a re-occurring and ad-hoc basis.
- Meeting preparation to include scheduling, preparation of presentation materials, teleconference lines, catering service etc.
- Attend department meetings, generate meeting minutes and distribute final, approved meeting minutes
- Assistance with coordination of employee travel arrangements (airline and hotel reservations, and ground transportation)
- Compose correspondence (newsletters, letters, memos, e-mails, etc.)
- Maintain National Provider Contracting SharePoint site
- Order and maintain supply inventories
- Direct/assist with National Provider Contracting projects, as assigned
- Provide additional support in monitoring project plans and schedules to ensure timeliness of project delivery.
- Handle confidential information ensuring information is not distributed or communicated outside of approved individuals/systems
- Support recruitment efforts
- Others duties as assigned to support the needs of the administrative office

- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)
- High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)
- 5 years of administrative assistant experience strongly preferred
- Experience with project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, etc.), preferred
- Must have 3 years of experience working with Clinicians in a health care environment.
- Must have experience with CRM applications
- Must have 3 years of experience supporting management
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
