Analyst, Collections Research - Remote

Overview:

The Collections Research Analyst will audit aged orders for accuracy and confirm orders are past due. They will work with clients to collect cash or correct any errors in commission.
This is a remote position, work from home anywhere in the United States.

Essential Functions:

• Accurate and timely additions and corrections to vendor files including reconciliations and write-offs.
• Knowledgeable on the status of each assigned account and able to identify and address any delays in the collections process.
• Displays teamwork while working through accounts to keep everyone up to date and understanding what needs to be done in all areas of the account.
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Bachelor’s Degree should be in Accounting or Finance.

Work Experience Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of related work experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

• Develop professional and productive relationships with vendors, ADW internal associates, and Acosta internal associates.
• Shows initiative through updating or improving upon procedures and identifying ways to better support our clients and customer.
• Ability to run reports on many different systems and cross reference in Excel as needed.
