Description
Coordinates production support activities for major applications and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of applications and their related environments.

Job Responsibilities
- Organizes and leads the design, setup, configuration, and implementation of applications and related environments.
- Works under limited supervision and relies on extensive knowledge to support and administer all applications.
- Leads efforts in diagnosing and troubleshooting activities for problem resolution.
- Leads efforts to ensure all integration points with existing systems and infrastructure work properly.
Job Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
Experience
- 5 years - Systems or programming experience required
SkillsCertifications
- Proven skill with information technology in use at BCBST is required
- Must have proven analytical, design, and coding skills and have demonstrated success in leading small projects
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate technical and/or or complex concepts into information meaningful to
- project team members and/or business personnel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- PC Skills required (Basic Microsoft Office and E-Mail)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Job Specific Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Enterprise Content Management Admin
- 2+ years of working experience in FileNet P8 installation, configuration, system administration, implementation and troubleshooting are required.
- Working knowledge of WebSphere and/or other Application Server and Web Server is a plus.
- Working knowledge of JAVA and Web Application Skills is plus.
- Relational Database experience such as - DB2, Oracle or SQL Server preferred.
- Good understanding of records management and defensible disposition is a plus.
- Understanding of General programming logic is preferred.
- SOAP/REST API Experience is preferred.
- Application Integration Experience is preferred.
