Appointment Setter/Telemarketer

The Sales Agent is a critical role in our company for our Medicare Meetings vertical.

Your job is to help the consumer understand the importance and value of having a local licensed agent right in their neighborhood to sit down at their dinner table and explain the complexities of Medicare.

This agent may shop at the same grocery store, their grandkids could play sports with the agent's kids, or go to the same school. Skills for the position include: Being compassionate and empathetic while still possessing salesmanship skills and discernment, ability to actively listen to the consumer while efficiently taking notes, understanding of qualifying requirements for a medicare recipient to be eligible for new plans or changes, capable of communicating clearly the intention for the meeting, being swift with required rebuttals, and quick on your feet.

Your primary job will be to sell the meeting to the consumer while highlighting and building the value of the meeting to ensure the consumer knows and understands that they made the right decision.
