Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Appraisal Clerk is responsible for performing general administrative and office support activities for internal management and clients to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. The position carries responsibilities in the following functional areas: client support, data entry, data analysis and research, and management support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Gather daily completed order information for clients as instructed by operations management.
- Download completed order files from company system of record and upload into client third party system(s)
- Create and deliver daily summary reports to management indicating the number of completed uploads and identifying the success of each transaction.
- Reconcile discrepancy errors with the assistance of management or other business department management to ensure client satisfaction.
- Record completed tasks in company system of record.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare business reports and documents related to assigned tasks.
- Perform other clerical or administrative duties required for the position.
- Complete assignments and projects according to instructions from management
- Participate in overtime as directed.
- Participate in interdepartmental cross training as requested.
- Always maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
Performs all functions according to the established policies, procedures, regulations, and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of the organization with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating company core values.
