TITLE; ARBITRATION SPECIALIST
TERMS: CONTRACT TO HIRE
LOCATION: FULLY REMOTE
HOURLY RATE: $26.00.//HOUR

it is now mandatory that they have E-Subro Hub as well as the TRS Filing and they are looking for candidates that have been in a Lead role/ and or management roles
Below are some high-level bullets for Subrogation Specialist as well as some Arbitration Specific bullet points. Subrogation Experience, Adjuster Experience, are familiar with Property Subrogation, Carrier to Carrier Subrogation and/or Arbitration.
- Respond professionally and promptly to telephone calls and emails from clients, insureds, general adjusters, claimants, witnesses, attorneys, and underwriters.
- Review files using a diary system in order to handle correspondence.
- Research the application of laws and statutes as it applies to specific claims in each state.
- Communicate effectively with insured, general adjusters, claimants, witnesses, attorneys, experts and underwriters in order to obtain and or provide necessary information. Communicate clearly and logically using appropriate written and oral techniques Seek clarification for unclear or missing information
- Determine appropriate claim amounts and review subrogation for multiple client lines. Evaluate claims based on information and liability factors.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the flexibility to determine the highest priority task for the day.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and attention to detail within a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED, college degree preferred
- Successful completion of relevant insurance industry courses preferred
- Adjuster license preferred
Arbitration Specific:
- Review subrogation claims daily in varying lines of business including auto, property, PIP, Med-Pay. Prepare and review the initial content of each file while documenting and tracking all ongoing verbal and written correspondence in internal claim systems as well as applicable client systems.
- Familiar with all Arb Types: Applicant, Response and Response/Counter Arbitrations
- Familiar with Arb Forums’ TRS filing platform
- 5+ years of previous Arbitration writing experience is preferred.
