Area Manager

To follow up, assess and work towards overall management, monitoring and growth of business of the allocated area.

To follow up, assess and work towards the microfinance operations of current and proposed branches in allocated districts.

To maintain and upkeep of the organization's assets (both hard and soft) in the allocated area.

To achieve the allocated targets of the area as per the development plan of the branch;

To train the field staff(s) about the organization and loan product, group formation, client identification, disbursement, repayment collection, delinquency management and credit discipline.

To Support the HR team in performance management and appraisal of the team members reporting to you.

To ensure that there are an appropriate number of Human Resources in your area of operations available at all times to support operations and growth. The HR team will assist you in driving the same.

To ensure the process of GRT with surprise visits.

To engage in group and branch audits as per the instructions from the Audit team.

To ensure the development of the activities in line with the objective of the company (achievement of the objectives of the branch in terms of financial and social performance);

To do all other activities incidental thereto and as communicated by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
