Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Assignment Specialist I is responsible for performing customer service functions pertaining to the assignment of real estate valuation products to real estate professionals and manages the process until the order is received. The position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: client customer service, vendor customer service, order assignment, order cancellation, and vendor prospecting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assign evaluations, BPOs and property condition reports with vendors in a timely and efficient manner through Genesis system or via email solicitations and outbound phone calls when needed
- Confirm assignment details and ensure agents meet deadlines
- Maintain a uniform log documenting report history
- Improve field agent relations through outstanding customer service
- Promptly respond to field agent voicemails, emails and system messages
- Field inbound field agent calls and assist in a professional manner
- Cancel and re-solicit past due assignments
- Meet monthly goals that will be outlined by the manager
- Assist Team Lead and Manager as needed
- Participate in other interdepartmental cross training
- Expected to participate in overtime as directed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
