Life and Annuities Conversion Business Analyst- Remote U.S.

We are currently seeking a Life and Annuities Business Analyst to join our team in the United States (US). NTT DATA is a leading provider of Third Party Administration (TPA) services to the Life and Annuities insurance industry. We own and operate intellectual property LifeSys that supports more than 5 million policies and 30 customers. As a TPA we support their daily operations while also supporting the role out of new product and modifications. We also provide services to convert companies on to our technology stack along with modernizing their offerings. Business Analysts responsible for providing cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of our Life and Annuities clients.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate, analyze, and document requirements
- Create and execute test plans to test system functionality and/or new products/product features
- Translate requirements into proper system requirement specifications and configuration
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements
- Operate as a liaison between technical personnel and the end-user departments
- Identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations based on client's system needs
- Assist in the recommendations to improve or support ongoing clients
- Provide key expertise in data and business conversion
- Assist in creating test scenarios required to meet business requirements
- Execute tests and analyze the results
- Produce data maps, business requirement documentation, process flows and other mapping documents
- Attend client meetings
- Understand and address client issues and escalations
Basic, Required Qualifications:
- Minimum three years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum five years' experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance industry
- Minimum one year' experience creating and executing test plans to test system functionality and/or newproducts/product features
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $74,300 - $148,600. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
