Description
Connex International is looking to hire full-time & part-time Call Center Agents/ Conference Coordinators. As a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative, you are on the front lines of customer satisfaction and loyalty, answering in-bound conference calls and assisting business leaders with the execution of their on-line meeting requirements. You thrive in an exciting and fast-paced environment!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong typing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and other web applications
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Clear speaking voice
- Strong communication skills
