We are looking for a Call Center Dispatcher. The dispatcher will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers on the phone. The call center dispatcher is an inbound/outbound customer service role focused around providing strong communication between McCarthy Tire and our customers. This role requires the ability to deliver best -in- class customer service and a team-based mentality. The ideal candidate will work efficiently with other agents working towards the same goal.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming phone calls to assist with customer needs.
- Gather detailed information from customers to get basic overview of issue.
- Dispatch service crews to emergency situations
- Stay up to date on construction, accidents, traffic, and other situations that may hinder service crews and alerting crews to these issues.
- Log information into dispatch system
REQUIREMENTS:
Physical Job Requirements include continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen and sitting for long periods of time. Schedule details: 11PM-7AM
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and consistent typing skills.
