Call Center Operator

NVA Compassion-First Pet Hospitals operates a network of Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Hospitals located throughout the United States. We are currently looking for dynamic Call Center Operators to join our Inbound Call Center team to work remotely.

The selected candidate must be open to a work schedule that may include covering weekends, evenings, and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Transfer calls quickly and accurately
• AT LEAST ONE YEAR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff members
• Knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the network
• Utilize voice mail and paging system
• Assist clients with direction to network hospitals
• Troubleshoot problem calls
• Understand the appointment scheduler program for exams and procedures
• Answer general veterinary information questions regarding the hospitals
• Inform and assist clients on navigating and using our website

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year of successful Call Center or Medical facility experience preferred
• At least one year of successful Hospitality industry experience preferred
• Experience with a call volume of 80+ calls per day preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High School diploma or equivalent.
