Summary

• This position answers incoming phone calls on behalf of client; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers.

• Answers incoming phone calls on behalf of client; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers.
• Places outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls, as required by client.
• Completes call guides; gathers and verifies required information.
• Attends telephone skills and program information training sessions; adheres to established levels of service.
• Adheres to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames.
• Adheres to contact center scheduling, ensures telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation.
• Performs clerical or administrative duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

• One (1) or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
• Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
• High degree of telephone etiquette
• Ability to follow oral and written directions
• Ability to meet professional standards towards project and co-workers

What you should expect in this role

• Full-time (40 hours per week) schedule
• Remote (telework from home)
• In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.

The pay range for this position is $15 - $19 per hour, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
