Tasks

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Providing information about the company's products and services to customers
• Assisting customers in placing orders or resolving any issues they may have
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle high volume of calls and work under pressure
• Knowledge of recycling equipment and waste management industry is a plus
