Tactis is adding to its experience delivery team. A qualified Trainer has:

• Training Experience. you have 2 years of experience in training call center, customer service, and inquiry response operations
• Medical Terminology Knowledge. knowledge of medical terminology is crucial

About this position:

• Remote. this position works 100% from a dedicated home office.
• Regular. this is a direct Tactis hire.
• Benefits. this position is eligible for paid holidays, sick and vacation time. Tactis sponsors an Employee Assistance Program for all employees.

Conducts all contact center training activities. Trains contact center staff on the use and application of hardware and software tools. This includes the development and maintenance of training materials. All training is customer and contract specific training. This includes training on the use of all contract specific hardware and software. Includes training on workflow and form creation as required. Conducts all refresh training and training on new or modified procedures.
