Job Summary:
As a Cannabis Customer Experience Representative for our delivery service, you will be the face of our company, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for cannabis enthusiasts. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting and ordering cannabis products, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, either through phone calls or online chat.
Provide information and recommendations on various cannabis products and strains to meet customers' preferences and needs.
Assist customers in placing orders and address any concerns or questions related to the products, delivery process, or regulations.
Order Processing:
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders, including verifying customer information and payment details.
Coordinate with the delivery team to schedule and confirm delivery times with customers.
Update customers on the status of their orders and provide tracking information as needed.
Compliance:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local and state cannabis regulations and ensure all customer interactions adhere to these rules.
Verify customer age and identification in compliance with legal requirements.
Problem Resolution:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently.
Work with the team to resolve delivery issues, product concerns, or any other problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest cannabis products, strains, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Ensure product information and inventory are accurately reflected on the company's website and other communication channels.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate customer records, order histories, and communication logs.
Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and preferences to improve service.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Communicate effectively with other team members and managers to provide a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred).
Prior experience in customer service, especially in the cannabis industry, is a plus.
Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and their effects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance requirements in the delivery service area.
Proficient in computer applications and POS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
