JOB SUMMARY
This is a critical role within the organization, responsible for processing and reconciling a high-volume of client cashier transactions. This position requires an eye for detail, precise application of payments, and the ability to handle sizable transactions and reconciliations.
REPORTS TO:
SVP Client Services
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and upload ACH files on a daily basis to online banking.
- Perform timely and accurate client cashing reconciliations between systems of records and banking on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Perform timely and accurate Lockbox posting, transfers and reconciliations.
- Perform timely and accurate posting of all financial instruments to include but not limited to checks, held cash wires, and ACH’s.
- Work with multiple Systems or Records and banking platforms
- Importing/Exporting and updating QuickBooks
- Process waivers, charge off, close outs and adjustments.
- Process master (bulk) servicing payments.
- Always supports Orion’s Team and clients.
- Work together with IT to analyze and improve systems and processes.
- Uphold Orion’s Company Culture, Purpose, and Mission
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel QuickBooks
- Reconciliation experience in multiple systems of records
- Experience in Salesforce and QuickBooks
- High school graduate with finance experience
- Ability to solve problems quickly and find potential solutions.
- Ability to collaborate and work on long term projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in auditing
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
