What You'll do:
Jane Technologies, Inc. is looking for a collaborative, passionate, organized individual to join our team as a Catalog Specialist. In this crucial role, you will input and maintain the largest cannabis product catalog in the world and contribute to the integrity of new and existing cannabis products and markets. You will have exceptional attention to detail and have experience delivering high-quality work in a dynamic team. You will report to one of our Catalog Team Leads.
Shift Information
Tues - Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm PT and Sat 8:30am - 5:00pm PT

Responsibilities

• Processing your assigned maintenance queue within the designated turnaround time at your target volume and accuracy rates
• Ensure all on-boardings and POS swaps are completed by the specified due date
• Abide by state compliance rules for all product card creations
• Be familiar with and referencing store and brand content preferences when processing maintenance
• Maintain impeccable catalog hygiene
• Provide feedback to partners for tooling and system enhancements needs
• Escalate and log bugs to your Team Lead/Director
• Communicate directly with teams for collaborative solutions
• Working on weekends is an essential aspect of this position.

The compensation range for this position is $26.44 - $28.85 an hour in addition to benefits and equity. The starting compensation is based on various factors such as skills, experience, training, and business needs.
