Job Summary

The Client Accounting Manager encompasses several different roles internally and externally. In this role, you will work closely and strategically with our clients acting as their outsourced CFO / Controller providing various financial reporting on KPI's, projections and other data that will help our clients understand the financial health of their business and use the data to make smart business decisions. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of our bookkeeping/accounting staff. Working with multiple clients, advanced accounting knowledge, technology savviness and experience working with small businesses are a necessity. Must be willing to invest time and energy into building and developing the best team, implementing efficient accounting processes, and providing top notch service to our clients. Must love to be on zoom with clients!

JADDE Financial Solutions needs:

• Strong client communicator - make sure we are delivering and exceeding expectations, while keeping clients happy and maintaining on-going relationships and resolving financial needs
• Must have experience working with MULTIPLE clients and multiple industries
• Knowledge of general accounting, periodic financial reconciliations, inventory management and adjustments, sales tax, and end-of-month financial reports
• Listen to client and provide accounting services to keep them moving
• Apply problem-solving skills to provide the appropriate solutions
• A leader to mentor and manage our exiting staff of accountants and bookkeepers

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
