Role: Product Content Coordinator
Type: Temporary contract 6 months 20 H per week (Hourly)

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Director Product responsible for Content, this role works closely with many departments processing tour content change forms, making changes to content once approved, conducting content audits and preparing pre trip material for white label clients. The role requires excellent English language writing skills, the ability to follow business processes and follow up with stakeholders to secure needed information. Every piece of writing must be reviewed and edited before allowing it to go live. The Content Coordinator will receive work from both Directors, Product Specialists and from the Partnership Manager, prioritizing is going to be essential and may require the coordinator to reach out to their Director to assist.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage content consistency and accuracy for updates on Web and Brochure.
- Implement and update verbiage or content based on strategic decisions, changes and updates.
- Communicate global updates or audit requirements and action as necessary across departments and stakeholders
- Web audits of tour content and quality check as needed
- Update passenger mailing content for speciality programs based on schedule set by Partnership manager
- Become super user of departmental systems including content management systems, booking systems, wufoo and, google docs, etc
- Work with Partnership manager to pull NPS and Quality reports
- Other tasks as needed and prioritized.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years or more of writing and proofing experience
- Advance English writing and grammar skills
- Experience in administrative work
- Advanced communication skills, both oral and written
- Exceptional multitasking skills
- A team player that understands how to collaborate and build strong relationships.
- Experience traveling outside the US, is a plus
