As a Content Designer at ALSI, your main responsibility will be to create engaging and innovative content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of preparing youth to become proactive citizens and robust leaders in their communities.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will collaborate closely with our marketing team, program coordinators, and other stakeholders to ensure the content aligns with our brand message and objectives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, as we provide ongoing support and training to nurture your skills and talents.

➜ You shall create engaging and visually appealing content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and other digital channels.

➜ We expect you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure content aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

➜ You will conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitors' content strategies to inform your content creation process.

➜ We expect you to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone throughout all content materials.

REMOTE POSITION
This position will be completely remote. Occasional paid for business trips to either Los Angeles, CA or Chicago, IL (our headquarters) may occur at the expense of the organization.
