What you'll do:

We are seeking bright, articulate, detail-oriented, and disciplined applications with a desire to help shape our approach to marketing. Content marketing and copywriting are critical parts of our ability to deliver timely, accurate, professional, and delightful customer service to all of our customers.

Your role will consist of:

Writing clear and error-free content for our website and marketing materials that reflects the company's voice
Owning, iterating, and improving the copywriting for our regular product releases (via email and SMS)
Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts
Work alongside our Manufacturing, Marketing, and Design Teams to prepare products for release to our customers.

Who we are looking for:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• You're excited to get things done in a fast-paced environment
• You work well in teams and enjoy collaborating with others
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong computer skills

Nice to have:

• Familiar with Shopify, Attentive and Klaviyo
• 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce copywriting, ideally for a direct-to-consumer beauty brand
• Knowledge of SEO
• Certified in Google Ads and Facebook Ads a plus (willing to be certified if not)
