We are hiring a Contract Analyst in our Workplace Solutions division. As a Contract Analyst you will create, format and issue documentation and policies, as well as summary plan descriptions, certificates, schedules and related riders or amendments to match sold coverage. You will play a critical role by working in a fast-paced team environment to support our organization by providing an awesome contracts experience.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Hourly Wage (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):Contract Analyst: $22.00 - $23.00 plus annual bonus opportunity
- Sr Contract Analyst: $24.00- $25.00 plus annual bonus opportunity
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on the start date.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- You will review and analyze case information to include correspondence and the Group Sales Application (GSAP), other required materials, and the underwriter's instructions to determine the intent of the coverages requested for standard and the less complicated non-standard new groups and revisions to existing groups. Work with the underwriter and/or field representative to resolve any problems or discrepancies encountered in the file information. You will prepare documentation to clarify issues and communicate changes to all affected areas.
- Select the format, method and availability of printing for group or policy materials, and verify state requirements. Create, format and issue documentation and policies, as well as summary plan descriptions, certificates, schedules and related riders or amendments to match sold coverage.
- Analyze drafts of materials prepared by the policyholder, field representative or Underwriter to ensure accurate definition of the intended liability. Work with compliance area on changes to improve content for clarity or readability and resolve any related problems.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
