Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a recruiter with healthcare experience to come in on a contract-to-hire basis. This position will be helping recruit Behavioral Health Technicians across the state of Missouri. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to meet the staffing needs of our diverse range of healthcare programs. This is a fully remote position expecting to pay $25-29/hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various healthcare positions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Networking: Actively engage in networking events, industry conferences, and other professional forums to build a pipeline of talented healthcare professionals.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry regulations and ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and standards.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to management on the status of open positions, candidate pipelines, and other relevant data.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with a strong understanding of healthcare roles and qualifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations in the healthcare industry.
