Position Overview: We are currently seeking a qualified Contract Review Consultant to join our team. The consultant will play a crucial role in analyzing contracts and suggesting changes to insurance requirements, thereby mitigating contractual risks for our clients. Leveraging our contract review resources, you will provide contract review templates and tools to simplify the process. The role demands familiarity with a range of commercial lines insurance, with a focus on Commercial General Liability insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly review insurance requirements in contracts and propose revisions based on client insurance programs, industry best practices, and your expertise.
• Develop customized contract review tools and insurance requirement templates to enhance efficiency and minimize client contractual risk.
• Offer guidance to clients on contract review inquiries and concerns.
• Adherence to company policies regarding correspondence, timekeeping, and expense reporting.
• Promptly and thoughtfully address client contract review needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization and conduct research using various technological platforms to meet client requirements.
• Utilize internal systems to organize and monitor contract reviews.
• Uphold strict client confidentiality.
