Voice 8 System is a contact center that operates within our healthcare recruitment agency. Our center offers one-on-one business and professional services through phone, email, and chat channels. We provide these services to several companies, and all the positions are remote or work-from-home roles.

About the position

You must be 18 years of age.

We are looking for Recruiters with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great contractors.

You should also be able to attract candidates for Healthcare and answer calls from several well-known businesses. Our ideal recruiter has an academic HR background and experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best candidates while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Recruiter and Contact Center Position responsibilities are:

• Posting jobs on various channels and media sites
• Screen Candidates
• Promoting the company on a broad basis
• Experience as a Recruiter
• Excellent analytical skills
• Familiar with HR databases
• Familiar with MS Office software
• Required equipment: computer, laptop with internet access. (Android/Smartphone)
• Required to be certified.
• Pass Background check
• Great problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
