Creator Fund Operations Manager (USA)

We are looking for an outstanding Creator Fund Operations Manager to join us as we grow alongside the success of the app. The ideal candidate will be interested in developing a fast growing community, passionate about social media, and care deeply about fostering and maintaining an environment where people feel comfortable expressing themselves.

Purpose

The Creator Fund Operations Manager will be responsible for managing Stereo’s Creator Fund applications, creator content moderation, and the first point of email support with creators, ensuring streamlined and swift processes for Creator Fund participation and assistance.

With the volume of users that are going to use our app, it is crucial that these in house objectives are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

The Creator Fund Operations Manager will manage all operations within the Creator Fund. This includes assessing applications, reviewing reported content, email support, communications, and more.

• Creator Evaluation: Evaluate Creator Fund applications to decide whether or not a Creator should be granted access to the program, and what tier they should start on.
• Content Evaluation: Evaluate content forwarded from the Stereo moderation team to decide what action is to be taken in relation to their participation in the Fund (warning / removal, no action, etc. etc.).
• Talent Tracking: Document and track any notable talent that is joining the Creator Fund.
• Efficient Communication: Swiftly handle all Creator Fund email support to ensure seamless assistance, this includes forwarding any inbound emails to the respective department.
• Best Practices: Engage in both virtual and in person meetings with the Stereo team to share updates and reporting on the Creator Fund processes.

About you

As a Creator Fund Operations Manager, the following applies to you:

Essential:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal with strong communication skills
• You have an active interest in social media
• You have the ability to assess the quality of creators
• You have the ability to assess the quality of content
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in email management and virtual meeting tools.
• Previous experience in talent coordination, program management, or related fields is advantageous.

Desirable:

• Additional language skills are always appreciated!
• You have experience working on Slack and in the GSuite environment.
