We are looking for an outstanding Creator Relations Coordinator to join us as we grow alongside the success of the app. The ideal candidate will be interested in developing a fast growing community, passionate about social media, and care deeply about fostering and maintaining an environment where people feel comfortable expressing themselves.
Purpose
The Creator Relations Coordinator will be the first point of contact with the in-app creator community. Ensuring the seamless process of communication with creators/talent managers joining our new in app programs that will be an exclusive invite only experience.
Responsibilities
The role of the Creator Relations Coordinator encompasses the management of the new creator onboarding program. This includes handling email communications, conducting meetings, and ensuring a smooth setup within the creator fund.
- Talent Evaluation: Evaluate the pertinence of talent alongside our ongoing in-house creator fund..
- Efficient Communication: Swiftly handle emails and direct message outreach, ensuring seamless interactions.
- Best Practices: Engage in virtual meetings with creators, sharing insights and optimising engagement strategies.
- CRM Coordination: Manage inbound CRM emails and coordinate meetings for a new outreach initiative.
- Merch Support: Support with merchandise and promotional materials’ delivery, enhancing program image.
About you
As a Creator Relations Coordinator, the following applies to you:
Essential:
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have an active interest in social media
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in email management, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
- Previous experience in talent coordination, program management, or related fields is advantageous.
Desirable:
- Additional language skills are always appreciated!
- You have experience working in a community moderator or support agent role online.
- You have experience working on Slack and in the GSuite environment.
