Welcome Special Education teachers to the new school year! With school starting at the end of August,Waltham, Massachusettsis needing a part-time FULLY REMOTE Special Ed Teacher for our K-5th middle and 9th-12th high school students. Please be prepared for an efficient interview process. Read Description below:

Start: ASAP

End: June 21, 2024

Caseload: K-5th OR 9th 12th

Pay Range: $30-$37 per hour

Hours: Part-time

Responsibilities include:

• Modifying and selecting lesson plans and materials to meet individual/classroom needs.
• Administrating evaluations of student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Helping build a positive and encouraging atmosphere that is conductive for student learning.
• Affective communication between faculty, parents, and students.
• Must have Bachelors or higher in Special Education or Teaching Students with Special Needs
• Must hold active Special Education MassachusettsStateteaching license
• Must be licensed to work with High School and Elementary students
• Must have at least 2 years of in-person school experience to be considered
