How You'll Help Us Connect the World
CommScope and its brands create network technology to bring people together. By joining our team, you will impact CommScope’s customer experience by building positive relationships with customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.
The Customer Advocacy Team supports the Networking, Intelligent Cellular and Security (NICS) segment and is the main customer liaison for their orders. This includes customer queries, order intake issues and management through to the successful delivery of goods in a complex and challenging B2B environment.
Through business reviews with key customers and taking proactive ownership for resolving customer queries our team ensures orders are handled from the point of sale through to delivery and invoice. This will involve working across multiple functions to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Effective backlog management by coordinating and collaborating with the customer and key internal collaborators and handling SAP change requests and partial delivery splits.
- Prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
- Participate and lead customer reviews, QBRs and internal meetings, including product training.
- Participate in sales meetings, communicating key information, priorities or issues if required.
- Help to promote and educate customers on MyCommScope to drive more self-service capabilities.
- Participate and chip in to process improvement projects, testing and training.
Required Qualifications
- A completed associate degree in business, Communication or a related field or at least two years of sales support or customer service experience
- Ability to understand technical information as well as product specifications and excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Validated expertise with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.)
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
- Proficient in the use of computer-aided applications and software – Microsoft tools – Power Bi, Advanced Excel, Power Apps/Automation and Macro/VBA knowledge as well as SAP
Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a proven history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $52,600-$64,400.
The candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), and other leave options.
