Description
The Ramage Law Group is hiring a passionate, motivated, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and executing tasks with a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, entering orders, providing information on products and services, and maintaining customer accounts. This is a great opportunity for a problem-solver who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join a team with a rewarding and engaged work atmosphere.
Compensation:$18 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Document customer interactions and keep track of customer account information
- Develop customer service protocols and processes to ensure consistent service across the organization
- Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and recommend changes
- Contribute to a positive team environment by providing professional and courteous service to all customers
Qualifications:
- Experience with customer service; at least 1 year of proven experience working in a customer service environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional yet friendly tone
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- US work authorization and the ability to work in a North American time zone
- Proficient in computer software such as GSuite (Google Docs) and the ability to learn new systems
