We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

2. Customer Service Expertise: Utilize your ability to provide top-notch customer service with clients, identify opportunities, and have consistent follow through.
3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing and recording data into our software and updating as needed.
4. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
5. Problem Solving: Field upset customer calls by adeptly identifying and resolving issues including determining the appropriate team member to resolve if necessary.
What You Bring:
1. High school diploma preferred.
2. Two years proven work experience in customer service, or in a similar role, preferably in the trades with a proven track record of excellence.

4. Thorough Knowledge: Possess knowledge of customer service skills and relationship building, and continuously seek professional development opportunities.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibits strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively.
6. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
7. Team Player: Be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, as you'll be working closely with other professionals on a variety of projects.
