Customer Service Representative (Part-time Evening) Work at Home

Work from Home but you must be within 2 Hours of Lenexa, KS FL to be considered.

$14 per hour

Part-time Schedule:
3 evenings 5pm-10pm central Time + Every Other Saturday 8am-12noon CST)

Paid training Monday-Friday 7am-4pm central 2 weeks

The Financial Care Agent is responsible for effectively negotiating the resolution of early stage past due accounts on behalf of clients while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, by providing a professional, positive, and empathetic experience to each consumer engagement.

6 months customer service experience

Must have a HS diploma or GED
