JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: Spanish/English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Concentrix bilingual Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
- Handle customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet using their preferred language (English or Spanish)
- Assist customers using a call flow guide to answer questions and solve problems
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Invest in our customers’ success by offering additional products and/or services
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Remote) role include:
- The ability to speak fluent English and Spanish
- A high school diploma or GED
- A minimum of six months of customer service experience or hard sales experience for sales positions
- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your residence
- Talent for delivering outstanding service
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- High speed internet and a smartphone
