The Customer Relations Specialist is the first touch point for all of our customers, prospects, vendors and team members. The Customer Relations Specialist creates the first impression of our company. The primary focus of the Customer Relations Specialist to take in, relay, export, deliver, respond, and facilitate ALL customer communications via the telephone, text, email, social media, etc.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong research, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative and strategic "outside the box" thinker
- Works well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Key Results - The successful candidate will be able to produce the following outcomes:
- Increase the number of appointments with previous customers.
- Help increase sales closing ratio by efficiently scheduling and maintaining sales calendars.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales appointment goals.
- Increase engagement and appointments on social media platforms via organic posts.
- Develop follow up system for increasing conversion of leads to appointments.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $28 per hour plus bonus, Weekly Pay
