What We Do
We’re a marketing software company that serves small business owners, primarily financial advisors, and insurance agents. About 40,000 small businesses use our tools to build websites and send out our content. Generally, these businesses don’t have marketing departments but are growth-minded enough to know they need to market themselves.
We help them do just that. We work together to create beautiful website designs, automated marketing tools, and award-winning educational content for them. The end goal is to help them build better relationships with their clients with less hands-on effort.

About the Role
We are looking for a bright, engaging person who will be the front-line of our brand experience. Customer Success Coordinators work closely with FMG's subscribers, who have purchased guidance and help through the setup process. As a Customer Success Coordinator, client communication and relationship building will be critical to your success. Strong organizational skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and an eye for design will all be essential in this role.
Compensation This is an hourly position; $16.00-$17.50 with opportunity to earn yearly incentives
Primary Responsibilities & Expectations
- Communicate with subscribers via phone, email, and video conference to collaborate on building their website.
- Build subscribers’ websites using our proprietary content management system (CMS).
- Notate your work in our client relationship management software (Salesforce).
- Manage your calendar and schedule with a workload of 30+ subscribers.
- Adapt your approach to a wide range of subscribers, from those who are more “hands-on” to those who want more guidance and support.
- Set proper expectations with subscribers throughout the setup process.
- Work closely with other departments (Fulfillment, Domains, and Front End) to accomplish tasks related to building or launching websites.
- Assist in training new Customer Success Coordinators as needed.
- Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
- Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
- An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior Customer Service or Support experience
- Highly organized
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- An eye for design
- Project management experience will be extremely helpful; but not required
- Interest in HTML, CSS is a plus
