ModSquad is seeking Mod Contractors to join our network!

Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude and great vibe to project work everyday. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon.
One of our favorite projects is growing again and looking for music lovers that want to join our label. ModSquad is seeking Mod Contractors who are passionate about providing world-class support in an enjoyable online environment.
As a member of this team, you will respond to customer inquiries via chats (inbound messages) in both Spanish and English. Please note: In order to ensure adequate proficiency in both languages, qualified applicants will need to complete written language assessments in Spanish and English.
Project Hours:
12 am - 3 am
1 pm - 12 am
Commitment:
25 hours per week; 8 of those 25 hours must be worked over the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)
90 days
Forty (40) hours per week are required during the 4-5 week orientation and nesting period (as needed by ModSquad)
Language:
Spanish and English
What We Are Looking For:
- Professional Spanish and English proficiency
- Ability to quickly identify any and all issues the customer may have
- Ability to maintain high engagement with both the project and customers
- Someone who wants to help the customer, not just move to the next one
- People driven to do more for the customer and exercise good judgement in their favor when the opportunity presents itself
- Customer service experience; familiarity handling chats

Workspace Requirements:
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.)
- Quality headset
- Quiet workspace to take calls
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
