Our firm represents individuals in high-stakes (and often high-profile) class action and personal injury litigation. We bring cases against the country's largest corporations—including utility companies, banks, and automobile manufacturers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a smoother beginning-to-end (intake-to-litigation) client experience. Our team designs and implements automations and data-tracking processes to effectively litigate thousands of client claims. You will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and enhancing our operational processes while interacting with stakeholders and honing your logical thinking/technical skills.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy being challenged and who take pride in their work. An intense interest in problem solving, ability to juggle multiple projects, and strong communication skills are a must. If you are a dedicated learner with no prior experience, this may be the perfect job for you. The learning cycle is quick, and you will have excellent mentors. At our firm, effort can quickly outpace experience.

You Will Learn (prior experience is a plus):

• Project Management: experience working with others on long-term projects with many moving pieces
• Process Design: developing workflows that facilitate smoother beginning-to-end client experiences
• Database Management: managing and designing a customized database in Salesforce, using Salesforce tools to make data more accessible to team members

This position is full time. The salary range is $23-26 per hour based on experience, plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
