Salary Range: $23.19 per hour

Responsibilities

• Communicating with agents to ensure paperwork is complete and correct.
• QC of Applications once training and experience is sufficient.
• Spreadsheet management
• Keying Merchant Applications
• Data Entry
• Working with our CRM to maintain records.
• Communicating with agents to ensure paperwork is complete and correct.
• Completing other administrative projects in a timely manner, as needed.

Requirements

• Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college.
• Ability to prioritize work and time in order to meet tight and competing deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for a variety of audiences.
• Ability to advise, guide, coach, and mentor staff.
• Ability to make independent decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures, demonstrating a high degree of initiative, judgement, and discretion.
• Ability to recognize sensitive issues and bring matters of priority to senior leaders.
