This is a remote position.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong ability to focus, prioritize, multi-task, independently manage workload, and meet deadlines.

The Data Entry Administrator will be responsible for entering data accurately and efficiently into the organization’s database. This involves creating and updating student profiles, enrolling new students, maintaining attendance rosters, and performing general administrative duties as needed. A successful Data Entry Administrator will have exceptional attention to detail and strong typing and data entry abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Process, sort, and accurately enter student data into the organization’s database.
• Satisfy all customer requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of data entered.
• Monitor incoming emails and mailing requests.
• Ensure accuracy of all data-entry work to enforce data integrity.
• Aid department manager in creating reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and database software.
• Experience with customer service in an office setting.
