Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Associate who will be responsible for providing data entry services for clerical and administrative duties.
The Data Entry Associate will be involved in processing all paperwork related to an array of office needs, entering data into internal systems, maintaining accurate records based on client needs, and responding promptly to inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and enter all data into company databases as requested
- Perform general administrative duties
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents
- Manage timesheets and attendance records
- Verify accuracy of data entry
- Process customer orders
- Prepare and send out invoices
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting
- Analyze and reconcile discrepancies in records
- Handle confidential client information
- Answer and respond to inquiries
- Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within clerical and administrative duties
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and motivated
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
