Data Entry Clerk

Job Description

Purpose:

• To perform data entry tasks.

Education:

• Completion of high school diploma.

Experience: No experience required.

Salary Range: $22.20 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Effective skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Good knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
• Create the quotation / proposal cover letter.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for pricing as needed.
• Communicate and coordinate with Field Technicians to verify information on inspection report and/or work scope to ensure Quotations are accurate and all encompassing.
• Follow department guidelines and metrics as advised to achieve company strategic goals.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as a team member on assigned tasks and projects, complete independent deliverables effectively and efficiently and contribute to the development of group work.
• The confidence and autonomy to work unsupervised but successfully complete deliverables.
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and Word; MS Teams.
• Salesforce would be helpful but not an asset.
