Data Entry Operator

ATA Services Inc. is looking to hire Data Entry Operators to work in a long-term temporary position with the State of New Mexico Human Services Department. This position will be assisting with Medicaid renewal applications.

• Pay: $25.00 per hour (weekly pay)
• Start Date: Mid August 2023
• Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
• This is a remote position.
• The candidates are required to use their own computer/laptop equipment. See the requirements below.
• MUST LIVE IN NEW MEXICO.

Job Duties:

This candidate will be receiving and processing applications for Medicaid renewal. This process includes credentialing, data entry, and review. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, Associate degree preferred.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of administrative/data entry experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Must have strong technical skills.
• MUST live in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe area.
• The successful candidate will be required to use their own computer/laptop equipment.
• Must have reliable home internet service.

Computer Requirements:

• Windows 10 Professional or Windows Enterprise
• Current and active Anti-Virus
• The use of company-domain-joined devices to connect is more secure and is required for purposes of configuring group policy, configuring Anti-Virus, and for scanning requirements.
• Enable full disk encryption for mobile devices.
• Configure Anti-Virus (AV) software to download AV signature updates daily.
• Configure AV software to run daily AV scans to automatically detect and remove malware.
• Configure AV software to scan network downloads and USB downloads to detect malware.
• Configure OS and Applications to install patches nightly.
• Configure devises to use HSD or equivalent password requirements/policy.
• Configure devices to timeout/require logon, after 15 minutes of inactivity.
• Configure device security baseline per IRS SCSEM for OS/versions in use.
• Configure devises to allow HSD Nessus vulnerability scanning.
