Description
Botrista provides beverage solutions to foodservice operators by leveraging easy-to-use equipment (the DrinkBot) alongside a line of pre-packaged ingredients (BiBs) to deliver a variety of craft beverages, including infused teas & lattes, flavored lemonades, iced coffees and more! Botrista enables brands to add a mini-tea shop to their menu without the operational complexities. Operators can now offer high margin items without the investment in a full bar. Our system takes up just 5-sq ft and enables customizable drink recipes at the touch of a button. We automate the portioning, dispensing and mixing process to deliver a fresh and consistently blended product in under 20 seconds.
Position Summary:
The Operations Associate will lead multiple installations through third-party, as well as the coordination and evaluation of outside Third-Party partners. The person in this position will assist with formal site surveys, installation planning, and lead deployment roll outs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule site surveys and installations
- Prepare / inspect materials and paperwork for installations
- Communicate site survey and installation schedules to external clients, internal team members [Sales, and any outsourced teams
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of work orders
- Coach other team members on installation and site survey procedures
- Oversee installations and installation team, resolving any issues as needed
- Manage the Equipment delivery coordination for installations
- Data collects on all in-house installations and close all jobs out in our workflow management software when complete
- Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance
- Other duties as assigned
- Manage install work Orders backlogs, track install work order aging, and communicate planned and ready backlogs to third party service providers and Techs
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree or equivalent in work experience
- Ability to write effective correspondence to customers and coworkers
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with equipment maintenance planning in a mid and high-volume environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, with a significant emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Extremely professional in terms of appearance, phone manner, and group presentation skills
